Skagit Valley Bike Ride

April 18, 8:45am, Skagit Valley, $5, 27 miles that are mostly flat, Moderate

Join us for a scenic 27-mile bike ride through the heart of the Skagit Valley during the vibrant tulip festival season. This relaxed ride will take us along beautiful country roads bursting with color, passing through the charming towns of La Conner and Mount Vernon. Expect views of tulip fields, farmland, and Mt. Baker, with plenty of opportunities to pause, take photos, and enjoy the spring atmosphere.

We’ll meet at Bethany Green Lake at 8:45am and carpool to Edgewater Park, arriving around 10:15am. From there, we’ll begin our ride, cruising through farmland and tulip fields and stopping about halfway in La Conner to grab lunch and explore the shops and waterfront. After lunch, we’ll continue back to Mount Vernon for another look at the tulip fields.

We expect to return to the church by approximately 4:30pm. This ride is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a social cycling experience while taking in one of Washington’s most iconic spring events.
