The Family Ministries Associate provides leadership to Sunday Morning operations, essential administrative ministry support and volunteer coordination for the Green Lake Children, Youth, and Family Ministry (CYFM) team and assigned All-Bethany (BCC) projects, leads strategic CYFM seasonal events and projects, and coordinates all-BCC Curriculum Production.

The Youth Ministry Associate Director partners with the Co-lead Pastor of Family Ministry to invite students in grades 6-12 to a living relationship with Christ. The specific focus of the Youth Ministry Associate Director will be leading Middle School Sunday School on Sunday mornings and supporting Youth Group on Sunday nights.
